Comixtravaganza: Comic Workshop with Shary Flenniken Thursday January 22nd from 6 - 7:30 pm. Try your hand at comic-making with a pro! Come make your own comic and enjoy our free food. All supplies will be provided. (Ages 10-18) Homework Help Volunteers will assist students with homework on a drop in basis on Mon-Thu, 5-7:45pm. |

Theatre for a Change Fun/FundraiserTuesday, January 27, 2009 - 7pm at the Columbia City Gallery Join us for a benefit for the Rainier Valley Youth Theatre, featuring food, fun and festivities at the Columbia City Gallery (4864 Rainier Ave S). The Rainier Valley Youth Theatre is a multicultural, community-based theatre that fosters the personal and artistic development of youth through teaching the total craft of theatre. Tickets: Single $20, Couple $35, and Family $50 All proceeds from ticket sales will support the Rainier Valley Youth Theatre's Young Playwrights Program, Theatre Camps and SummerSTAGE program.
