For the second month this summer, Columbia City has hosted another successful ArtWalk with great vendors, live music, live artists and fantastic galleries.
The ArtWalk coordinates with 6 businesses & organizations in Columbia City to show art from local artists in south Seattle as well as the greater Seattle area. The galleries include Salon Adidez, Pure Alchemy Salon, Church of Hope, Edward Jones Investments, Stash Quilt Shop, and Geraldine's Counter. Each month these businesses host a new artist for the month, with each ArtWalk being an opportunity for residents and visitors to peruse around the streets and alleys of Columbia City.
The next ArtWalk is Thursday, July 19 from 6-9pm. We hope to see you there as well!
By transforming Columbia City businesses into spaces for artists to show their work, businesses get to show their customers something new, as well as gain new audiences from those interested in the artwork.
