Columbia City's Neighbor News |
The Barr Brothers, Titanium Sporkestra, Monogamy Party
Things are about to get rowdy at Columbia City Theater this week and we hope you'll join us. To prepare for Friday and Saturday's insanity, we're starting our show week off mellow on Thursday night with The Lower 48, Brite Lines, Lower Lights Burning and David John (of Handful of Luvin'), but after that there will be no turning back.
This week's lineup is here. On Friday, Seattle's punkest marching band and orchestra, Saturday is a five band bill of killer local rock, and Sunday we'll be slowing things back down and nursing our headaches and hangovers.
On Friday we're happy to welcome Seattle's punkest marching band and orchestra to our stage (and in the middle of our crowd) - Titanium Sporkestra with The Bad Things and Bobby Joe Ebola. We recommend not obliterating yourself too badly, as you'll want to be back on Saturday night and in fighting shape for a five band bill of killer local rock with Good to Die Records' Monogamy Party headlining along with Blood Orange Paradise (celebrating their CD release), Baltic Cousins, Grenades and Rookery (featuring members of Black Eyes & Neckties) playing their first Seattle show. Sunday night, we'll be slowing things back down and nursing our headaches and hangovers with The Barr Brothers and Thoughts.
