As long as the weather cooperates, we've got a wild week ahead of us at Columbia City Theater. Thursday we're excited to welcome back the wonderful Savannah Fuentes flamenco. Friday it's Sweet Secrets CD release party with a solo set from Kevin Long and new band Pretty Broken Things. And Saturday Metalesque!, a marriage of Seattle's heavy metal scene and emerging burlesque and cabaret stars, makes its debut.

And clear the first three days of March for us, when we'll be welcoming Southern California's Cold War Kids for three nights of intimate shows at the theater — tickets go on sale this Friday.

January 19 – Savannah Fuentes Flamenco - 7pm / $15 adv – $17 door

January 20 - Sweet Secrets (CD Release Party), Kevin Long and Pretty Broken Things - 9pm / $6

January 21 – Metalesque! A night of Metal bands and Burlesque featuring, Madisun Avenue, Titanium Sporkestra, Skelator, Bastard of Reality (Black Sabbath tribute band), Death Mountain Rotor Cloud - 9pm / $10

And for our big March shows … so-Cal's celebrated Cold War Kids will be stepping off festival headlining stages for a moment for an intimate tour for their fans. The "Minimum Tour" will find the band playing three cities for three nights each and Columbia City Theater is thrilled to welcome them to our stage on March 1, 2 & 3rd.

Tickets will be $20 a night or fans can buy tickets for all three evenings for a special discount of $50. Tickets go on sale this Friday, January 20th at www.coldwarkids.com where you can also download two brand new tracks from the band.
