new music showcase, a benefit for Occupy Seattle, & bellydancing
We've got a busy week ahead of us at Columbia City Theater. For those of us on a budget (so, all of us) we've got two free shows for you this week: The Collective's Best of the New this Thursday and a sing-along with Hedwig and the Angry Inch this Saturday. And Friday we're standing with Occupy Seattle by hosting a Phil Ochs tribute night and a bookdrive to benefit their library.
Here's all that's happening this week at CCT:
November 2 – Haystack Charm, Brad Loomis, and Cold Water Theater - 8pm / $6
November 3 – The Collective Presents: The Best of the New Round 4 with Ben Fisher, Prom Queen, Andrew Anderson and Le Wrens - 8pm / FREE
November 4 – Sound on the Sound Presents: A Tribute to Phil Ochs and a Book Drive to Benefit Occupy Seattle - 9pm / $10
Bring your old socio-economic and political theory books collecting dust on your bookshelves, to benefit the Occupy Seattle library.
November 5 – free show! W/ Hedwig & The Angry Inch, The Ardana, Vigilante Justice and Mariachi Columbo - 9pm / FREE!!!!
November 6 – Wonderland: A Belly Dance Play - 7pm / $15 adv – $18 door
