Fall is a wonderful time to renew your commitment to yourself and your health. No yoga experience necessary. The style of yoga is primarily a gentle flow or vinyasa yoga, where movement and breath are united.
8 classes, Wednesday evenings, 5:45pm - 7pm, @ Lakewood Seward Park Community Club. September 21st - November 9th. Make-up class on November 16th.
$120 for the whole series; $90 for a 5-class card.

My personal aim for our yoga practice is that the asanas (or poses) be gentle enough to be accessible for everyone, with the opportunity to try some poses that open us up to new possibilities for exploring our bodies and challenging our minds, and most of all are fun to try! Modifications are always offered.
The class also includes yogic breath practices and a deep relaxation at the end. As always, the class is designed for you to go as far as you are comfortable, respect the wisdom of your body, and be a source of inspiration, strength, peace and joy!
Supplies: You will need to bring your own yoga sticky mat, 2 yoga block, a yoga strap and yoga blanket. Discounted 'yoga kits' that include all of these items at a good price are available online here.
