self-massage techniques class
Join us to learn the basics of self-massage. Increase flexibility, reduce muscle pain by learning how to use foam rollers and other simple tools for self-massage.
Taught by massage therapist Stephanie Levine, and Jessica Breznau, personal trainer/founder of Southside Booty Camp.
Some materials will be provided but please bring your own foam roller! Foam rollers can be purchased at Road Runner Sports or online. Please purchase a full length roller (generally about 3' long and 6" in diameter).
The cost of this class is $15 — after you sign up, Southside Booty Camp will send you payment instructions.
