Southside Booty Camp is a holistic fitness program that mixes functional resistance and cardiovascular training outdoors in our beautiful Seattle Parks. Created to help woman feel confident and strong in their bodies, Booty Camp uses a diverse range of modalities designed to keep the heart rate up and build lean muscle.
