holiday toy swap and sale
November 30th 5:30-8pm at the Lakewood/Seward Park Community Club
Come find that last-minute Hanukkah gift or that special Christmas toy for that little girl or boy. There will be tables full of gently used toys, baked goodies, and plenty of holiday cheer.
Help reduce unnecessary packaging, reduce carbon emissions, save some money, and give to others this holiday season. Columbia City friends and neighbors have gathered up gently used toys just in time to find new homes this holiday season.
Entrance fee to purchase toys during the event is a donation of $1 (or more) to the Rainier Valley Food Bank. Baked goods and cookies will be sold and all proceeds will also benefit the food bank.
We still need people interested in participating by selling used toys for the event. So clean out those closets and toy bins, free up some space and make a little extra holiday cash. The fee to participate in the event is only $5 (to cover the cost of renting the community club). Come have some fun and help neighbors reduce and reuse this holiday season!
