  • proposal: A mixed-use development (six stories) with at-grade commercial space, residential above, and live-work.
  • zoning: Neighborhood Commercial 3 with a pedestrian overlay and a base height limit of 65' (NC3P-65). The entire site is in the Columbia City historic district.
  • This project is subject to review by the Landmarks Preservation Board, including the Columbia City Review Committee. It is not subject to Design Review.
