proposal: A mixed-use development (6-story, multiple buildings) with 8 live-work units (1,200 sq.ft.) 375 residential units and 15,000 sq.ft. of commercial use at grade. Parking for 400 vehicles will be located on the site.
site area: about 164,200 sq.ft. (~3.75 acres)
zoning: Commercial 2 with a base height limit of 65' (C2-65). A portion of the site is in the Columbia City historic district.
DPD project number: 3007279
This project is subject to review by the Southeast Design Review Board and the Landmarks Preservation Board, including the Columbia City Review Committee.
