I saw a postcard from the city's Department of Neighborhoods with the following information. It's also our local transit, and it is somewhat related to Scott's post about proposed bus revisions.
TRANSIT TRANSFORMATION
The City of Seattle is launching updates to the neighborhood plans, and three light rail stations are at the top of the list: Beacon Hill, Mount Baker and Othello. Come to a community-sponsored event to learn about the planning process and to discuss how to create vibrant, successful neighborhoods at these stations.
