Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy is an evidenced based applied mindfulness curriculum with very good results in helping people free themselves from the trap of repeating cycles of depression and the anxiety that tends to come with it.
Facilitated by CC residents Cristina Mullen LICSW AND Jayde Pryzgoda PH.D. Both facilitators have a long term mindfulness practice and have extensive experience responding and supporting people who suffer from depression and anxiety in their private practices.
Held on 24th and Plum in the peaceful surrounds of the Dharma Gate Sangha on Thursday nights from 6:30 -8:30pm. Starts February 13th and goes through April 3rd.
