Join your neighbors for a free workshop on Home Computer and Internet Security at the Rainier Community Center, 4600 38th Ave S, on Saturday, July 19th. The workshop will start at 10 AM and be facilitated by Michael Hamilton & David Matthews of the City of Seattle's Office of Information Security. You will learn about the threats to your home computer and specific ways to be safe using email and the Internet. The two-hour session will also include tools, tactics and information for the lay user. Our community center partner is RecTech, the group out of the Associated Recreation Council that runs programming and supports the community center computer labs.
