Early Sunday morning my wife spotted a 4-5 kids taking bikes out of the neighbor's yard on Hudson. As they made their way down the street, they also stopped and checked the windows of most of the parked cars. She called the police and they were found…after being identified, the neighbors got 3 out of their 5 bikes back (and later got another one back after spotting another teen riding it by Ranier Beach). When the police came to ask a few questions, one of the officers (there were also 4-5 officers involved) said that she suspected these were the kids who have been responsible for a number of recent, early-morning break-ins and possibly the ones responsible for some theft/harassment incidents on local busses.
