I am a commercial electrician in my twenties working in the Seattle area, living in Georgetown, and looking for a new place to live. I'm an experienced roommate, and very easy to get along with. I only need a small space/room to live in (I voluntarily own a few things). I am looking specifically for something small: an old laundry room (early 1900s era), basement storage, sun room, shed or just plain extra space that could be rented. Maybe you are a renter yourself and see potential for a space, which could effectively reduce your rent.
