Southside Booty Camp is a holistic fitness program created to help women be confident and strong in our bodies. Booty Camp mixes functional resistance and cardiovascular training using the gorgeous outdoors of Seattle Parks as our playground. Booty Camp is a fun and supportive atmosphere with expert trainers that adjust levels of difficulty for the true beginner and the seasoned jock.
