I am a single female who is tidy, orderly and who pays bills on time. I am looking for a one or two bedroom place with lots of sun in a quiet location. I teach science experientially in gardens at the Orca School at Whitworth and the New School at Columbia City. I would like to be in walking or bicycling distance to my work.
