Master gardener Joshua Medaris will conduct a hands-on session where participants will take apart their hand pruners, remove rust and corrosion, sharpen and reassemble pruners to near perfection. He will also demonstrate how to sharpen a shovel with a hand file.

Participants are encouraged to bring a pair of hand pruners and an old towel to contain the parts. Work shop will start PROMPTLY at 9 a.m.
Stay for our workparty, 10am-3pm and learn some tips for simplifying your organic ornamental & food gardening! Tools provided & lunch served to volunteers.
