Honest Biscuits, based in Columbia City will be selling biscuits at the Columbia City Farmers Market this Wednesday from 3:00 to 7:00 pm. I am a Columbia City resident, so I am excited to be selling in the neighborhood, even for just one night. We are filling in for an absent vendor. We hope to do well so we will be invited back sometime.
Honest Biscuits makes biscuits from local ingredients and organic ingredients when possible. We fill them with great local ingredients like Beecher's cheese, Hempler's Bacon, Theo Chocolate, and local honey. We have seasonal specials, like this week's Strawberries and Cream biscuit, made with strawberries bought at the farmers market. Google us for more info.
I would love to see some of the neighbors that I know and meet some new ones.
