I made a frantic call to Redi National one Sunday when I saw a mouse run across my living room floor. I believe I was still up on a chair when I called (I hate rodents!). They had someone out within a couple of hours and he went through my whole house showing me where the mice had been partying. Where there is one mouse, there are likely a lot more, I learned. Now I have a few traps set out inside, and bait stations outside. They come once a month to service the bait stations. And if an inside trap catches one, I can call them and they will come out to take the dead one away. (I'm really a wimp when it comes to mice!) Since that first call a couple of years ago, I've only had two mice caught inside, and no droppings that I can see. The outside bait stations attract them, they eat what's inside, and then go away to die. Sorry to anyone who likes mice, but that's one animal I can't tolerate in my house. It's a monthly fee, but well worth it to me. Good luck.

I don't have a recommendation, but I do have a contra-recommendation: stay away from Redi-National. Their business model is to sell you on a maintenance contract, which may not necessarily be a bad thing. However, our experience with them was one of the worst customer experiences we've ever had. I won't go into all the details, but our relationship with them involved:

• being directly lied to by more than one employee
• multiple missed appointments
• extremely rude phone service (one girl simply hung up on my wife because her shift was over)
• multiple broken promises to return calls — we never once got a call back
• a letter to the BBB
• threats of a lawsuit
• …and absolutely no improvement on the rodent front

I cannot stress too strongly how much I would recommend you stay far away from this company. However, judging by the previous reply, your experience may vary.
