Does anyone know if a private school is renting it? Thanks.

The Columbia School building is being rented by the Torah Day School of Seattle, an Orthodox Jewish school. SPLAB is a poetry project housed in the 'Cultural Corner' wing of the school.
Thanks for the plug Rainer. SPLAB is also hosting a regional event, The Cascadia Poetry Festival, March 24-25, with about 40 poets from around the region. Details: splab dot org slash cascadia. Sam Hamill is one of the key faculty members and there will be a women's Eco-Poetry Panel at the Seward Park Environmental and Audubon Center with a free panel/nature walk/prompt. All the women are from Canada. A gold pass, gets you admission to all events and is only $50. The State Commission on Humanities, Poets & Writers and The Elysian Brewing Company are among the sponsors. A Saturday night party promises to be quite fun. We hope to see our neighbors there.
