Southside Booty Camp is a holistic fitness program for women that mixes functional resistance and cardiovascular training outdoors in our beautiful Seattle Parks. Created to help women feel confident and strong in their bodies, Booty Camp uses a diverse range of modalities designed to keep the heart rate up and build lean muscle. The unique combination of exercises can be adjusted for various fitness levels within a supportive community of women.
