Car break-in at 39th and South Ferdinand

Couple weeks ago, neighbor saw someone pull up in the alley 39th Ave S between Oregon and Conover (by the Rainier Community Center) in a small red truck with dark tinted windows, jump the fence and steal a ladder. Second break-in there in less than 6 months. Last time he had his lawn mower stolen. Tried to chase the thieves down but they got away.
