Hi, neighbors! I wanted to recommend the great Ethiopian food from Tagla Cafe, on Rainier
just across the street from the Walgreens. (I think there's also a Tagla store—they're both right by
the tattoo place with the colorful graphics.)

I'd heard raves about it from a family in the neighborhood and my family tried it for the first
time tonight. Delish! We got a takeout combination, which was more than enough to feed our
family of four, for ~$14.

We will definitely be back…the K family gives it four thumbs up and says, "Check it out!"

I love this restaurant too! Taglas has great food, wonderful atmosphere and the prices are really good.

I'd love to see Tagla move a little closer in for their own sake. I already go there regularly and it's delicious Ethiopian food but it's almost never over crowded. If you haven't tried it stop on by.

Recently our Monday-evening ritual has been to give Zeke a call and ask for the combination platter, to go. It's wrapped and ready when we come in the door. It inexpensively feeds a family of four (including two otherwise picky eaters).
