Our Qwest phone service went out today and evidently there was a major problem with many others out. If you call there service number you get a recording of the outage with no service restoration time. I called the Tech support number 1 877-348-9007 (with my cell from another provider) and kept going thru menus until I got a real person. She said said service is expected to be back up by Thursday!! You have the option of having your home service forwarded to another number if you want.
No assurance of credit to our bill. To follow-up on that call 800-244-1111, option 3 (during biz hours 9-6).
