I'd like to learn to play piano proficiently again. I took lessons for about 8 years when I was younger and have been playing off and on since then, but my sight reading and music theory have really deteriorated since then. Are there any local piano teachers or schools that offer night or weekend classes/lessons for adults? Jazz Night School looks like it might be promising, and they have group and private instruction. I'd love to learn jazz over classical if possible. I'm open to group lessons if they're good. On Jazz Night School's site, there's a referral for Daisy Zajonc as a beginning/classical teacher —- does anyone have experience with her? I'd prefer to have the lessons be somewhere other than my house, as my setup is just a MIDI keyboard played through a computer in my bedroom. Thanks very much!
