Sounds like one of our neighbors was a bit frisky over the weekend. He'll have a court date scheduled soon. Unfortunately, things didn't turn out as well for his dog (hope the owner is punished for his actions here as well).
Before you jump to conclusions, it wasn't outside Angie's. It was near Lottie's but looks like it had nothing with the establishment itself. Just one large, stupid, intoxicated man. Read about it on the PI blog:
