Energy Efficiency in Rainier Beach
Sustainable South Seattle and Rainier Beach Community Empowerment Coalition are collaborating on a project in which we feel you may be interested.
We’re looking for licensed contractors that can help with the Rainier Beach Indicators to Action Project (aka Energy Efficient Outreach Program - see attachment for details.) We would like to find someone who can dedicate about 10 volunteer hours to working with a small group of high school students in the Rainier Beach area advising them on ways to help commercial spaces identify older, inefficient lighting equipment which could be replaced with energy efficient equipment. The program will be seeking funding through Seattle City Light Smart Business Program and would like a contact/licensed contractor who has previously completed lighting jobs through their program or interested in doing so. The schedule is not quite set yet and we would be happy to work around your schedule should you feel like joining the project. Please feel free to email me directly at moc.liamg|gnik.c.etak#moc.liamg|gnik.c.etak for more details.
