Join us for a tour of plants in the Arboretum native to China or culturally important to China, and interesting North American plants with close relatives in China. Our guide will be Ma Ziyu, a graduate student at the University of Washington who is a specialist in Forest Ecology from Sichuan University in China and an engaging speaker and plant enthusiast.
Come share your interest in plants and China and learn more about Wokai from our volunteers.
There will be refreshments served at the shelter in the Pacific Connection Garden during our tour. We plan to go rain or shine unless the rain and wind are really strong.
