The Summer Session runs from June 28, 2009 - September 2, 2009.
The Summer Session will have 4 late afternoon-evening sessions available. (Morning sessions will resume during the Fall session). Participants attend 4x a week: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday at the following times:
Group 1: 4-5:15 PM (3 spots open)
Group 2: 5:15-6:30 PM (2 spots open)
Group 3: 6:30-7:45 PM (Filled - no opening (wait list available))
Group 4: 7:45-9:00 PM (1 opening)
Sessions are semi-private (no more than 4 persons per class). Each class is 1 hr and 15 minutes in length and participants commit to coming 4 days a week. Sessions are a combination of martial arts fitness, strength, resistance, agility training, circuit training, power vinyasa yoga and nutritional and lifestyle support. No workout is the same. Price is $450 + tax ($9 per session hour).
