Free demonstration at Columbia Library of qi gong, a 5,000-year old Chinese energy practice that helps you build and center your energy through meditation, movement and breathing exercises. With regular practice, you can enhance immunity, improve sleep and give your body the tools and awareness it needs for improved health and well-being. Both instructors treated their own illnesses with qi gong, with impressive results. Tuesday, March 3 6:30-7:30 p.m.
