In October, Paul Doyle at Columbia City Cinema sent out this warm referral:
Before there were downstairs cinemas, there was a small downstairs convenience store that rented a small space month by month after the restaurant moved out. We got to know the young man who ran it for the owner who was busy setting up a new, larger location. A computer geek, his dream was to open a small shop and sell and service computers. He worked on our computers for free while he was here and we kept in touch. Good news is that he has realized his dream and opened a small shop in Hillman City. Because of good service, good deals and a truly friendly and engaging attitude, he's off to a good start. If you need an inexpensive computer or need to keep your old one going, Yenus is the man to see. He's at 4501 Lucile Street. Give him a call with your needs and problems, 206-722-4252 or just stop in and get acquainted. Good computer techs are hard to find.
A few weeks ago some corrupt driver lost its moral compass and crashed my home computer, skidding off the straight and narrow like so many Seattle Subarus that week. I held my breath while the hard drive teetered at the precipice.
Yenus saved the day. I found him to be patient, gracious, available, and affordable. He got it done, and that was no mean feat. So I join Paul in recommending Yenus unreservedly.
