Greetings Community, Over the past several weeks interest has been expressed in a women's self defense seminar. We agree. If there is interest we will look at doing this on a regular basis or even offering a weekly women's class (in addition to our coed self defense class that meets Tue and Thur evenings). Please forward this info to any women or concerned family members who may be interested in learning basic self defense strategies and techniques for both avoiding, escaping, and surviving dangerous situations.
