Mother-in-law apartment available at Ferdinand and 46th for one month. Bedroom/living room with private back entrance, large windows looking out onto a garden, full bath, kitchenette, large closet. Nice size for 1 person, probably too small for 2. It's available for April only. We're asking either $650 for the month, utilities included, OR a bartering exchange for a commensurate amount of light maintenance work around the house (carpentry, gardening, landscaping, electrical work, etc.). See youtube video of the apartment here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mhtxZt9GDwY&feature=youtu.be
