History suggests that if they're sold off, they'll probably become parking lots and convenience stores or weird orphan "green space" with dying plantings and piles of litter. Create your own Community Bike to Work Day Station May 15th is National Bike to Work Day. Last year over 20,000 people participated in the greater Seattle area. This year we are encouraging communities to set up their own stations to help build community among cyclists as well as encourage more people to bicycle to work.
