Over the past several weeks some interest has been expressed in a women's self defense seminar. Especially given the recent rise in crime in the neighborhood and the frequent targeting of women of all ages, we agree that this is a great idea. We have chosen to offer a women's seminar Sunday, September 9th from 10:30am-noon. If there is enough interest we will look at doing this on a more regular basis or even offering a weekly women's class (in addition to our regular coed self defense class that meets Tue and Thur evenings). Please forward this information to any women or concerned family members who may be interested in learning basic self defense strategies and techniques for both avoiding, escaping, and surviving dangerous situations.
