						 <p>The plastic bottles are for the Seafair Hydro race bouys. Every year dive teams spend the 3 or 4 weekends leading up to the race retrieving the anchored lines for where the bouys will be attached when the course is set up.</p>

						 <p>Hi There,</p> <p>Does anyone know what the white bottles are floating all over the lake south from i90 (it appears).. Measuring current or something?
