LOVE Verve - any of you who have not had the pleasure to dine here should get in there post haste!! if the dinner prices seem a bit steep try them for brunch - great fresh, locally sourced gourmet menu and yummy drinks of course!

Verve is now open for brunch Saturday and Sunday 10-2. They feature home cured bacon, wild boar chops, fig and ricotta stuffed french toast and offer salads and burgers as well. Prices are reasonable (at dinner too.) Food is flavorful and the portions are generous. Nice people and so close to home.

My husband and I have eaten at Saffron’s several times for dinner and brunch since they opened. We consider them a welcome and needed addition to the neighborhood; the menu is varied with lots of great choices, the portions are good for the average appetite, and they are VERY DOG friendly and people oriented. We hope everyone gives them a try…you won’t be disappointed…

Thien Phat is a great Vietnamese/Chinese restaurant that is located near Rainier and Walden across from the old Chubby & Tubby location. We love the Viet sandwiches and the hot pot.
