<p>The Times reports that <a href="http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/html/businesstechnology/2017641475_harbor02.html" target="_blank">Harbor Properties has sold the apartments</a> under construction on Hudson. The new owner is AREA Property Partners, of New York.</p> <p>Harbor developers made a big deal about their intent to be in this for the long haul, but apparently that's not to be. Harbor and the Bullitts have been a Seattle institution for generations &#8212; it sounds like they've been divesting themselves of many local holdings this year, and have recently <a href="http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/html/businesstechnology/2017741494_harborurban15.html" target="_blank">sold to an LA firm</a>.</p> <p><strong>update</strong>: more details in the <a href="http://www.bizjournals.com/seattle/blog/2012/03/bullitt-family-completes-sale-of.html?page=all" target="_blank">Puget Sound Business Journal</a></p>
