Bob is the owner, it's been a family businesss in the Rainier Valley for years. They did a good job, helped me navigate the insurance claim as well as car rental pick up/drop off and finished my car a day earlier than estimated. They are just South of Graham on Rainier (maybe at Eddy & Rainier) , 6355 Rainier Ave. S. 206-725-8454. They were recommended to me by our friend and mechanic, Darrin Mar.
