I'd love to see Tagla move a little closer in for their own sake. I already go there regularly and it's delicious Ethiopian food but it's almost never over crowded. If you haven't tried it stop on by.

Recently our Monday-evening ritual has been to give Zeke a call and ask for the combination platter, to go. It's wrapped and ready when we come in the door. It inexpensively feeds a family of four (including two otherwise picky eaters).

It’s cozy inside. The food comes quickly. We ordered what we always have at Ethiopian restaurants — the combination platter. It’s an ample, colorful and flavorful mix of meats, salads, and vegetarian stews. The injera is fresh and silky. The meal comes covered by a handwoven mesob basket.

And it’s a bargain. Word among neighbors is that Zeek and Kidie could use your business.

I'd heard raves about it from a family in the neighborhood and my family tried it for the first
time tonight. Delish! We got a takeout combination, which was more than enough to feed our
family of four, for ~$14.

We will definitely be back…the K family gives it four thumbs up and says, "Check it out!"
