Just over two years ago, Carolyn found me the perfect home. At the time, I was still living in Denver. She worked thoroughly with me from out of town, showing me options on the internet and explained the pros and cons of each. Within a couple of weeks, she found my dream home but thought it was overpriced. She then notified me of a price drop, showed it to my daughter who lives in Seattle, and I was on a plane to Seattle the next day. She introduced me to a great lender when my lender was slow to act. We quickly got the deal, had the inspections done and I flew back to Denver to pack, all within five days.

A year ago, she found me an excellent rental property as an investment at a great price in the heart of Columbia City. I was not quite ready at the time, but she encouraged me to at least take a look at this particular new townhome. She was right on the money again, and so I purchased that as well.

Both times I worked with Carolyn, she listened to me so well and understood my needs and wishes. She helped me understand what types of properties would fit my requirements both as my residence and as an investment. I couldn't be happier with her services.

Savage & Stasik exceeded my expectations with my first home buying experience. There logo is a pineapple which is a symbol of hospitality and warmth and now I understand why they use it. My process was quick and easy and the difference was they listened! There integrity, experience and knowledge in the real estate industry made my process seamless. They also represent Dwell Development a green builder who lives and builds exclusively in this area. Susan Stasik and Jonathan Savage introduced me to Anthony with Dwell and I instantly fell in love with and purchased one of his homes. I know they have multiple modern home projects right now in this area so check it out at www.dwelldevelopment.net or 206 683-7595. So if you're looking for green, integrity, hospitality, warmth and experience you should contact Susan & Jonathan at www.thingsavage.com or call 206 324-000.
Pj Casper.
