Scott & Julie: in guest commenting mode, I know Wikidot asks for your email. I'm not really clear why, because they don't provide it in your post, and I don't think they keep it.

To connect about this, you can either include your email in the body of a post (you can spoof your address, or not — Wikidot does a good job of keeping the bots at bay). Or you can sign on at top left as a Wikidot member. Then you can contact each other members throught the site.

We are renting out our small home in Columbia City and will soon need a new property manager to take care of it. Currently occupied with same tenants for over two years, we just need someone to manage picking up rent, and looking after the place.

Commission paid as % of rental fees.

Any referrals are appreciated.
